One always wants to save collected grass mass fresh and nutritious. Baler Tukan is designed for this purpose: it picks up hay rollers of natural and sieved grass or straw, presses grass mass into rectangular bales and winds them with string. All steps of the work of machine are extremely efficient: picking up, pressing, discharge of bales. “Economy” is the key word at functioning of the press-pickup. Economy of time, labor expenditures, energy resources. Baler will not let you down even at the moments of hitting of foreign objects into mechanism- protection systems will reliably work out. The machine is used everywhere excluding mountainous regions. Even light corns of plants will be suitable for bale forming- special system of density regulation is installed in the machine.

Protection from damage and perfect coupling properties Adhesion between gear strap and polyurethane bush is reached due to high friction coefficient of polyurethane in which the bar presses cavities, which are further restored due to elastic properties of polyurethane. So, at the moment of return of gear strap to starting point, when it falls from the upper point to the low one, semicircular teeth do not damage polyurethane bush and do not worsen its coupling properties. |

- string at winding unit got tangled
- During moving, pins were hampered by a foreign object

Durability of driving gear work Free-wheel protecting clutch is installed at baler, it passes torsion torque from cardan shaft to flywheel. At switch off of PTO of tractor flywheel goes on to rotate mechanically, at that moment free-wheel clutch snaps into action, and rotation of flywheel is nit passed to stopped PTO. Protecting clutch softens the blow at switch on of PTO of tractor. It increases durability of driving gear work. |
